I have been told that a mid mower deck is available for a Ford 1210, does anyone out there have one or know where I can get one.

If I were looking for a MMM I'd start by looking for a factory model that was designed for the tractor. A dealer might be able to identify what Ford sold for 1210's. Who knows there might be now ones in stock. I was curious if Ford still existed at the NH site. Generally the answer if 'no.' I was surprised to find that the N.A. corporate site has a used equipment section at the link below. There was a Ford (930A?) finish mower listed but I doubt that's a MMM. ....
